I needed a jacket as quick as possible, let the staff at JacketsThreads know that this was an emergency, and they got it to me quicker than I had even hoped for!! They were amazing to work with!

I ordered a coat (Edward Elric's). Received it in roughly 3 weeks. I did not make an account so I did not have a way to track the process however I reached out by email and was contacted by Gwen. She was incredibly helpful with my numerous questions and very prompt with her replies. I love the coat! Very good quality. And if it helps anyone I am 6'2 155lbs and ordered a 2xl. The fit is perfect and so are the sleeves which was my main worry due to my long arms.

I needed my jacket within less than days days after my purchase. Gwen was the best she was able to expedite it for me and it came within a week!

VIP service, accommodating to individual requests. Quality of products are superb. Ordered many items and have been very impressed with all. Would highly recommend.

Love my Jacket just got it waited 3+ weeks but worth the wait… I emailed Gwen and she got right back to me with the correct information…. Parcel was well packaged… I’m in London UK How do I add a photo ?

Received my Jacket and I'm very Impressed with the style, I was expecting a regular starter type and received a wool/and leather combined jacket. The originality is excellent for me. They will be my go to when purchasing in the future.

at first, was wary if i'd get what their site showed, but what was received looked better in quality than i expected. staff were always very responsive which helped a lot & i was given photos before it was sent along with a tracking number. all in all, i would recommend the site (especially considering quality can be bad with other sellers & some are flat out scams). in a case like this, if it eases someone's doubts before buying, you can be sure it's a good choice.

Found this outfitter by accident advertising amazing products at prices that seemed too good to be true. Took a chance and ordered a coat. A few weeks later, it arrived exactly as described on the website. Fantastic outfitter with such a unique and robust line of custom wear. Highly recommended - you won’t be disappointed.
