it two 3 weeks to find out my orders is out stock. i tried to cancel and they want like 40% from the price. customer service mmmm good luck. If was specially made for me why is out stock?

We have over 20,000+ products, so it’s not possible to keep all of them pre-made in stock. Instead, we keep the materials in stock and start making the item after receiving an order. The delay occurred because Halloween orders, which had to be shipped urgently, were prioritized.
