Can’t give less than 1 star, or they would get none! Ordered a coat in September (over 1,000 in stock). Chased in October and told it was at QC stage. Chased again and now told they couldn’t match the exact colour and refunded. Haven’t received the money yet, but appalled at the poor service and deceit. They had my money for over 6 weeks!

The jacket showed up so late I assumed I had been ripped off & filed a dispute. When it did arrive it was far too small.. so if you buy from them expect a wait. Despite a Chicago address.. they are made in Pakistan.. The customer service was rude & I would never consider buying from them again. Even if it went smoothly.. the jacket feels cheaply made.. probably because it was..

What a scam this website is. I ordered the Blade Runner jacket for cosplay. Not only was I disappointed, asking for a refund was a dragging process. I hope someone reads this and doesn’t order from this website. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Ordered the RedBull jacket on red on sx and fits perfectly. Looks exactly like photo on web site. Good communication with the seller too.

I appreciate the service and the response to my query about delivery. The jacket arrived in perfect condition. My only regret is that I requested dark brown and it is a deep red. However it is lovely and I am very happy with it.
