My boyfriend loves the Beverly Hills Cop movies with Eddie Murphy. I ordered the Famous Detroit Lions iconic jacket replica. I was nervous and wondered if it would be poor quality. My boyfriend is a very picky and upscale dresser. The jacket arrived and the quality was great. The embroidery was very well done! The sizing was accurate. I will definitely order again!!!!

I was disappointed with the customer service, and the curt response to my emails. The jacket was what I ordered but future customers should know that the sizes run small.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have mentioned on every product page to check the size chart before placing an order so that you don’t face any issues later.

From purchasing the jacket to receiving it, it took a total of 50 days. On the jackets creator website, it says to allow 30 days for production, and 2-5 for shipping. At a maximum it should've taken 35 days. The jacket took a whole extra 15 days to arrive. I am disappointed with how much longer it took to arrive compared to the time I was told. The company was not good at communicating that the jacket would arrive later than expected either- if I did not reach out to check where it was, I would have been left thinking I'd gotten scammed. Luckily, however, they did respond to my emails and tell me what stage the jacket was in- the sole positive of the customer service.

We have 20,000 products, and not all items are in stock. That’s why some items are made after receiving an order, which takes time. Additionally, due to the high volume of Christmas orders, further delays occurred.

The jacket description should have mentioned that it did not have any pockets. Returning the jacket was a hassle. I had to spend a week going back and forth with customer service as to why I wanted to return it when the web site says “no hassle returns.” You even made me send an email with the tracking information showing it had been received before a refund would be issued. Very time consuming and frustrating. All could have been avoided if the description would have been more detailed. I would have never ordered to begin with if I knew it didn’t have pockets

We have read your emails. When the images don’t show any pockets, and there’s no mention of pockets in our description, why would we make and provide them for you?

At first I thought I’d never receive my order. Or any updates regarding the order, items take longer than expected to ship. I did receive my order. However products are great for the prices. I do recommend sizing up and if you like oversized fits size up twice.
