Delivery time

I ordered a vintage San Diego Chargers Starter jacket. I would say it’s an accurate representation of the original at first glance but the jacket is noticeably thinner and though there is a Starter logo embroidered on the sleeve on the wrist, there’s a Jacket Creater label on the inside of the jacket instead of a Starter label. I would have gave a higher rating if it had a Starter label. Overall, if the Starter label doesn’t bother you then this would be a good buy. The quality is there but just thinner.

Coat was made in Pakistan. Now 3 weeks after delivery where FedEx just leaves a high dollar item sitting on my front porch, I got an additional tarrif bill in the mail. Had I known this was made in Pakistan, I would not have bought it. I would gladly pay more for a USA made product. Quality was ok, but not stellar. Prices should look always reflect all costs. Product received was decently accurate to the desired result, but didn't quite match specifications as it seems to use faux-leather as opposed to genuine leather, and has multiple loose threads I may eventually need anti-fray glue for. Major red flag, however, is my review for the product seemingly being denied approval for a 3* rating & wishing the seller the best with the intent they'd further hone their craft. Not a fan of this kind of behavior at all, seeing as a lot of products barely have any reviews, and none seem to go below 4* ratings. So, caution advised when buying.

The jacket is thinner and not as structured as it appears online. I have had it just for a couple of months and the fabric is actually looking a bit pilled/worn in a few places, even though I don't wear it more than once a week. However I do get complimented on it a lot, it is very vibrant. Just wish it was higher quality.

I was disappointed with the customer service, and the curt response to my emails. The jacket was what I ordered but future customers should know that the sizes run small.

From purchasing the jacket to receiving it, it took a total of 50 days. On the jackets creator website, it says to allow 30 days for production, and 2-5 for shipping. At a maximum it should've taken 35 days. The jacket took a whole extra 15 days to arrive. I am disappointed with how much longer it took to arrive compared to the time I was told. The company was not good at communicating that the jacket would arrive later than expected either- if I did not reach out to check where it was, I would have been left thinking I'd gotten scammed. Luckily, however, they did respond to my emails and tell me what stage the jacket was in- the sole positive of the customer service.

This is a woman’s jacket however the sizes expressed on the website are all for a man’s jacket… My goal was to get a woman’s medium jacket, however for what I received was a jacket for men's medium
