The jacket is very nice and fits perfectly. The issue, as stated in other reviews, is communication and the time it takes to get the order. It took two months, and I got one response to my inquiries and sent multiple ones. Just be prepared, I got what I ordered, but paln on very long time and little communication.

Quality and product was good. But long shipping time was a disappointment. One disappointed teen who did not have a gift under the tree. :(

Hi Customer , thank you for the feedback on our quality. I am truly sorry about the shipping delay. We know how important holiday gifts are, and it breaks our heart to hear we missed the date for your teen. We’re working hard to improve our logistics to ensure this doesn't happen again. We’d love the chance to make it up to you on your next order—please reach out to us at [email protected].
