First and foremost, my wife absolutely loves her nightgown. Nearly as important, Jacaranda went above and beyond with its customer service. I initially advised that I was hoping the nightgown would arrive as a gift for Christmas, with a request for some shipping information which was provided. The gift then slipped my mind until Jacaranda, on their own, realized that the shipment was in limbo via tracking for reasons that are not clear, and they went ahead and FedExed another nightgown to ensure that it arrived in time for Christmas. I've never encountered customer service like this, and the product is fantastic. 5 stars all around.
