Does not honor its commitments
This company does not honor its commitments, difficult to get support. I bought hearing aids less than three years ago. When I purchased them, they promised support and supplies for three years. Today when I tried to order supplies I was told they have been "complimentary" but they were no longer honoring that. That is not what I was promised when I purchased the hearing aids. Never going to guy anything else from this company.
