I purchased Jabra Enhance Select 200 hearing aids 3 years ago and liked them and they worked fine until a few days ago. The left hearing aid won't charge anymore. I called Jabra Enhance support and they told me they are not under warranty anymore and I have to purchase new ones. They just expired the end of June 2026, and I thought maybe they would make an exception and have it repaired for me. I'm disappointed that Jabra won't honor the warranty and that they only lasted 3 years. OTC hearing aids are not covered under my Medicare Advantage plan, and I don't want to pay $1,995 for another pair. I will go to Hear USA and get a new set of Phonak that my insurance will cover.

I purchased the Jabra hearing aids for my 93 year old mother. She checked with her insurance and the purchase was covered by a reimbursement as long as she went to a licensed audiologist. Per Jabra, once these instruction were followed, they would send her the completed form. Total purchase was $1900+ After two weeks, she is not able to reach a support person, they have not sent the reimbursment form and they have already missed a ZOOM call. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. IT SEEMS LIKE A SCAM I have not been able to send these back either as I cannot find instructions.

My first encounters with Jabra Enhance were excellent, but I've not received responses to my subsequent inquiries (email and voicemail), and it's been a week now. The lack of response has resulted in my missing out on a significantly lower sale price on the device I was considering. If this is the service provided pre-purchase, I'm concerned about the level of assistance I would receive post-purchase.
