Rosette: 10s Across the Board!
Rosette, Rosette, Rosette. Rosette is the most kind, helpful, and persistent people I've spoken with. I was having issues renewing my plan, but she followed it with me through the ENTIRE process. I didn't ever get handed off to another agent, she championed the issues that we continued to encounter, and advocated for me every step of the way. To be fair I think we had a perfect storm of problems, but her outstanding service and determined follow-through is honestly why I will continue to stay with IVYRX going forward.
