UPDATE: Ultimately fixed the situation to my satisfaction, and I did receive my prescription. It did seem as though leaving a review here increased the urgency on their part. Overall, I'm currently satisfied with the outcome. Mixed up my billing and shipping address. Claims they sent package to me but it has not arrived at either address. Have been try to get help from customer service for weeks. They keep telling me they will fix it and then nothing happens. I’m out $90 for nothing.

UPDATE 9/24/24: I initially gave a 5-star review but need to adjust it to 4 stars due to recent experiences. Unfortunately, my first order fell short by a week’s worth of medication, & the same issue occurred with my second order. Additionally, the needles included in the second batch were so blunt that I’ve been left with a deep bruise for the past two weeks, which wasn't an issue with the first vial. I reported the shortages to Ivy, & their team was genuinely lovely & responsive, & has assured they will open ticket to discuss it with the pharmacy. However, receiving only enough product for 3 weeks each time (with a dribble left) is not acceptable. Despite our efforts to stretch the second vial by using smaller doses, it still came up short for the 4th dose today. The remaining amount is so minimal that it can't even be drawn from the vial. Ivy’s customer service & platform has been great, but I am all about honesty with my reviews & I cannot recommend the pharmacy they use at this time. Original Review 8/22/24: When I say that delivery was so fast that I wasn’t expecting it, it’s no lie. Because of some of the reviews, I was thinking maybe a week, but everything arrived within just a few days, and the packaging was great. I had some concerns about the color of the product and whether it might arrive hot, but the team has been incredibly patient and helpful at every turn. (Fun fact: The B12 has a reddish tinge, nothing to be alarmed about!) The online portal is easy to use, and I haven’t had any issues. I’m about to place my second order and can’t wait to see even bigger results with the increased dose. I’m on the semaglutide with B12, and so far, no side effects at all—though I’m just starting and have been very intentional about getting in my protein shakes, fiber, greens, and everything else my body needs. If you’re like me, the few bad reviews might make you hesitate, but honestly, it’s worth a try. If your experience is anything like mine, you’re in for something great. I’d definitely recommend IVYRX from my personal experience!

I’ve been using IVY for a few months now. The benefit is so valuable for those struggling with obesity and binge eating. It takes all that food noise in your head away. I’ve lost approximately 15 pounds & my legs and knees don’t hurt as much. I really haven’t had any side effects. I was on a different brand prior to starting this and this IVY has been far superior.

I was a little hesitant at first. I was thinking to myself is this really going to work? It took a couple weeks, but I really started feeling the effects of the Lipotropic (MIC) and B12 injection. I feel more energized which allows me to work out longer and harder. I’m grateful that I was able to find IVY RX. The customer service is top-notch and they’re super responsive when you have a question.
