It was a quick and easy process to get things ordered. My only complaint is that there was different administration directions given by the provider and on the packing. I contacted them and they said someone would get back to me to clarify but no one ever responded.

My experience with IVY RX was simple and straightforward. I would have had to jump through so many hoops to get this same experience outcome from a primary care provider or a specialist. As a health care provider myself, I can truly appreciate how IVY RX was hassle-free and had a simplified experience based on easy to provide quantifiable and qualifiable patient data used to inform the providers assessment for respective treatment(s). Very pleased with my experience!

I found your site a little difficult to navigate if all I was looking for was an explanation of what your products provide. You offer a wide-range of anti-aging products but what do they do, how are they dispensed, etc. when I click on the product it takes me to the purchase button. It wasn’t very helpful. Additionally, it isn’t very easy to find the patient portal for IVY.

Jervan was pleasant to work with. I had an issue with my delivery and they rushed a new package since it previously arrived damage. Will buy again.

Easy to understand, prompt and secure

IVY RX Works great. Super responsive, online chat is easy and fast. Delivery and delivery tracking notification is excellent. I handled this for my mom since she doesn't go online. I got reminder emails for checkups and re-ordering.
