My previous reviews written under "Happy Customer" were factual UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. Then you're screwed, get put on the back burner where staff promise to "escalate the problem and get back with you in 24 to 48 hours." Not true. No one gets back to you. Ever. Let alone resolve your problem. I've been a RN for 31 years - I know how to draw up and administer meds. I administer my mother's injections. The last dose of her vial was short. Instead of 0.5 mls there was only 0.3 mls remaining. I called to report this asking for them to make this right, provide us with another dose! Instead I get put on the back burner and the ignore the customer technique is employed. So unacceptable. As long as you have no issues whatsoever, you're good. But don't turn up shorted on your last dose, because then You. Are. Screwed. And, you didn't get what you so handsomely paid for. How's that for customer service???

The platform is very easy to use
The platform is very easy to use. Information is made easy when making the right decision on weight loss medication option. Shipments typically take 3 days and are packaged very well. Messages are answered within 24 hours. I would give 5 stars if response time were faster. I have lost 24 pounds in aprox 6 weeks. I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend them.
