The only reason I am giving this company 3 stars instead of zero or one is the fantastic support team that responds lightning fast. Alvin really helped me resolve my issue and I appreciate his help so much. However.. there is zero support from an actual doctor or healthcare provider. I messaged the doctor a dozen times and got no response. I truly don’t believe the “doctor” that prescribed my meds incorrectly twice exists I was told one thing and then still shipped the wrong dose of meds and my questions were actually never answered by tte provider. Nobody was on the sane page. The app is garbage and doesn’t even work properly. If it wasn’t for Alvin getting the correct meds shipped I would give zero stars for sure. No idea if the meds work. My second dose arrived warm and with the ice melted so presentation wasn’t the greatest. Buyer beware of this company for sure.

I have had nothing but issues with this company despite my continued attempts for resolution by reaching out to the Support team and the ‘doctors.’ 1) Meds delivered to wrong state, even after I was assured that the correct address was on file when I asked to confirm. 2) Constant changing of pharmacies which resulted in delayed shipping times and different and contradictory dosage schedule information. 2) I’ve had multiple dosage-related questions (because of constant contradictory info given by the company), and a ‘doctor’ did not respond for two weeks (and that’s because I complained). When I do get a response, it is generic and completely unhelpful or related to my actual question or issue. If there was any continuity of care, the team would take the time to look at past conversations and client profile in order to make informed recommendations. That does not appear to happen with this company. It is constant run-around with no resolution. This is very dangerous and irresponsible for a company providing medication and medical advice. Would definitely not recommend Ivy RX.

Isaiah is pleasant so nice to talk to he answer all my questions and did not sound bored with all the questions I was asking and his is voice so professional keep him and give him a raise i wish I could talk to him again if I have any more questions.
