I was very confused regarding a credit and the support team assisted and assured me the credit would be applied. On my recent renewal, the credit was applied. The team followed up consistently to ensure I had no further questions and ultimately made me feel as though I was a valued customer. I have recommended Ivy Rx to quite a few people who are starting their journey as well and this service made me feel like I've made the absolute correct recommendations.
