iUniverse easily a five star! From initial inspiring phone contact, and subsequent phone contacts, to excellent editorial suggestions for rewrites, to selection of beautiful font and color for cover layout, the staff produced wonderful book for me. Looking forward to working with them for my next book.

I've been impressed with the service that I have received with IUniverse. I also appreciate that they are flexible and have a open-deadline policy for submissions. They offer a lot of levels of services that worked well for me.

They walked me through the publishing process and as a beginning author this was very helpful.

1) My advise to iuniverse isto assign a focal point to new authors and give this position enough power to be the conductor in front of the orchester. I find it very unpleasant to deal with so many different people and different departments who usually do not reveal who the person is sending me messages. 2) My book is for sale without the three reviews in it and I find it very difficult to believe that this meets iuniverse's quality standards, it certainly does not meet mine. Both items have resulted in negative advice for collegue writers, sorry

Everyone I have worked with throughout the process at iUniverse has responded in a timely manner, made sure I understood each step, and worked quickly on their end to make sure that my book saw the light of day.

Takes lots of money to even get the book a little bit out there, plus had some slow experience with my marketing consultant since he kept delaying on talking to me after I've emailed and called numerous times, though its an easy way to get a book published and everything else was decent.

I published my second book with ¡Iuniverse. I am very excited about the higher % for authors. I just got my shipment of books, both hard and softcover. They are TREMENDOUS! I can't be more pleased.
