My music sudddently disapears some time after buying it - why ? I'd paid for it. It's NOT OKAY!

If you ever dispute something you purchased via itunes, apple will not back you up. In fact they will pasue your account and make it miserable for you. We spent over 3oo on tap out for our child over 8 months...and when their system crashed we lost all we spent. The company itself agreed to refund us, but we had to go through itunes/apple since they charged us and are the middle person. Apple/itnues made it very clear that if we pursued the dispute they would close our acciunts. I can not wait until the FEDS nail them for all their fraud on the public.

I think that they are awesome, they have great selection of music.

I do not hand over my date of birth to another company. If I do, hackers will only need to crack the last 4 digits of my social security number to steal my entire identity. I wanted to contact support, but there is only a website with "possible solutions" to my problem, no real deal support or phonenumber. Hence, this review and chargeback for my iphone is needed.

Nice to deal with with itunes, lastly I started to buy nor rent movies on netstrada.com or 4saleusa.com for less than $2 usd each instantly online. Vudu is now 60% cheaper than itunes service on movies. Hope they will lunch games as well soon

Too expensive. Not willing to pay $1.29 for a song when I can just use Spotify

Huge selection and reasonable prices. You can find so much stuff here! It's really easy to buy a song and download it to my phone I love it!
