Ordered a couple of things on Prime Video via my phone (so Itunes). Asked for a refund via Prime who agreed but then the actual refund was declined automatically by Itunes. No reason given and when phoned they couldn't reverse in their words 'as it's automated.' So no films and no money. More importantly no more purchases by me.

Leider ist die Suchfunktion seit Anbeginn die selbe und seit Anbeginn gleich unterirdisch schlecht. Sehr oft spricht sie auf eine Suche einfach nicht an, obwohl es Ergebnisse geben würde. Und wenn man etwas kauft, verschwinden die Titel gerne mal nach ein paar Jahren aus der eigenen Mediathek. Der Kundendienst antwortet dann monatelang nicht auf die entsprechende Reklamation. Der Store ist eines solchen Konzerns total unwürdig. Schade, dass sowas Wichtiges dem Apple-Management egal ist.

Itunes verdient nur eine schlechte Bewertung 1. Man kann nicht selbst festlegen wo das Backup erstellt werden soll. 2. Selbst mit Iphone 15 pro ist ein Backup von 256gb miserabel langsam (Ist klar, da Iphone 15 nur einen langsamen USB Port hat.) 3. Das Backup sichert nicht alle Daten. Ich war gezwungen ein Recovery durchzuführen. Danach war das Wallet weg, obwohl mit Password gesichert wurde. Ferner waren die ESims verloren 4. Das Backup ist nicht transparent. Der Benutzer weis eigentlich nicht was wirklich gesichert wurde. 5. Zu guter Letzt, Wenn man dann Stunden für ein Backup von 100gb gewartet hat bricht ITunes kurz vor Schluss das Backup ab und man hat ein fehlerhaftes Backup. Spricht alles in allem für eine hohe Produktqualität von Apple. e 6. Ich als Benutzer will festlegen, was gesichert wird und wohin. Und ich verlange eine Information darüber, ob das Backup erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde. Für eine gute Applequalität würde sprechen, wenn das Backup wieder aufsetzbar wäre. Falls Apple nicht weis wie das geht, könnt ihr ja Softwarehersteller fragen. Wenn ich nicht Jahrzehnte bereits Apple benutzen würde, würde ich noch heute zu einem guten Handy wechseln. Es hat den Anschein, das Apple mehr Energie in den Produktschutz investiert als in ein gutes uns sicheres Produkt. ITunes hat sich in 10 Jahren kaum entwickelt.

iTunes er HÅBLØST! Det skal forestille at være smart med familiedeling, men alt bliver rodet sammen i en sindssyg pærevælling og min søn kan ikke få lov til at købe det han gerne vil købe, selv om jeg har givet ham penge til sin konto! ABSURD!

I will be claiming all my money from the bank. These guys are rip offs. They take money off your card without permission. And tell you you are not eligible for a refund. I am going to get the latest iphone on contract and keep it and not pay them for compensation. Watch

iTunes is the most stressful and difficult program that I have ever used in my life. It’s always been bad since day one and has never improved since. For anyone feeling stressed like me, I would highly recommend using iMazing instead. It’s not free but it’s really worth the money as it does what it says on the tin and it only took me 5 minutes to transfer nearly 4000 songs to my phone from my laptop! It’s unbelievable !
