AppleReviews of itunes.com

This guys unbelievable - after speaking to them I realised why I hate Apple so much, I had any issue with my gift card. they said they would helped me and instead of helping they threw me under the bus, with a even bigger issue than I had before. these guys are imbeciles - they call themselves senior advisor/manager and they have no power no skill apart from wasting oxygen. Another reason why we have global warming is because of apple after service all just oxygen burners. one of the most useless companies to grace this earth. Maybe the should go learn customer service skills from places like PayPal.

I DONT HAVE THAT OLD PHONE NUMBER!!!! WHY WOULD YOU USE THAT INSTEAD OF PASSWORD AND SECURITY QUESTIONS? I PAID A LOT FOR THOSE SHOWS AND MOVIES. IF I CAN'T GET IN TOMORROW THEN I'M SUING YOU. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. THERE ARE A MILLION OTHER WAYS TO DO SECURITY. I'M ALSO GOING TO KEEP TRYING TO GET THE PASSWORD SO WHOEVER HAS MY OLD NUMBER CAN GET IRRITATED WITH YOUR HORRIBLE DECISION AS WELL.

the big seelction in itunes is amazing i love it.

great! I am super apple fans!

I bought this and spotify as they each offered a free 3 month trial. At the end of the 3 months, I decided to stick with spotify and cancel itunes. I have spent the last 40 minutes clicking around on the website looking for ways to cancel this subscription as I don't even use itunes. It is very difficult to find the link for how to cancel the subsciption. When I did find the link, it didn't work. Funnily enough, all the pages that aim to get you to spend money are working fine.

A great streaming service, but it's too expensive... for some users it's kind of impossible to use.
