IJL is great for people who are busy. You get to work with a great matchmaker, it’s like talking to one of your friends (Amy is the best). They get to know you and introduce you to matches. The dates have been fun and they’ve taken the work out finding a match! It’s been a fabulous experience!

Customer service is great! The match maker does take time to get to know you and gets an understanding of what you’re looking for.

I have used IJL 3 times over the years ,in Dallas and Scottsdale. Always has been professional. This recent time i had 6 dates purchased and only accepted 1 , others i had no interest. I had to take a break due to work and on return they said i expired the agreement. I never knew a time was involved to put on pause. They are not willing to work with me. They only want money. Not client savy.

After reading some reviews and understanding that you need to be as descriptive as possible in order for them to find the most appropriate or desirable match, I signed up with IJL. While their fees are not nominal, it gave me the confidence that anyone signed up was more serious about finding the right person. I also didn't want any part of my profile publicly available, and discretion and privacy was taken very seriously by them. When I entered my information initially, I received a call the following business day. In the first conversation, they spent an hour understanding who I am and what my ideal vision of a person and relationship is, and got an understanding about my short and longer term relationship goals. Less than 48 hours after the initial sign up conversation, my assigned representative Jorge contacted me, and got some more information from me. We met on a video call so he could get to know me more, and in less than a month he set up a meeting with someone I would never have dreamed of finding any other way. Today, we are both committed to understanding each other more to see where it goes, and the future looks bright at this point. But, my hat is off to the treatment and quality of people within their portfolio of clients. Not meaning to attach a monetary value to their service and expertise, but if I had known who I would end up dating, I would have paid ten times more and not even thought twice about it! Our date first started with dinner at Scratch Restaurant at 7:00pm. As I sat down and introduced myself she shared that she was nervous and I noticed her beautiful smile. We shared what we do, hobbies, passions, etc. and found some common interests. She shared about her family and her life experience from living all over the US and internationally as her father was in the military. We ordered appetizers and an entree' and tasted each others dishes. She really like the Puerto Rican rice dish I ordered. During our conversation she suggested we check out this art gallery that has live music that night since I was interested in art as well. I dropped off my car rental at my hotel and we went together in her car to Waikiki. We checked out the art gallery with the live music and I bought her 2 rounds of drinks. I made a few request to the band and got her to dance with me to a Maroon 5 song, "Sugar". After the band played we walked down Waikiki a bit to explore the International Market Place where we took selfies in front of the romantic trees with lights and then proceeded to head back to her car. As we were about to cross the street she was inadvertently bumped by another girl and I asked what happened. She said the girl bumped her and I said was it like this, I bumped her arm and held her hand. She said that was smooth... LOL :-). We walked holding hands back to her car in the garage. I shared that I had a wonderful and fun time with her on this date and look forward to seeing her again. I gave her a kiss goodnight when she dropped me off and she gave me her cheek and I turned and got a little bit of her lips... she smiled. We hugged and kissed again and I texted her the selfies we took. We've stayed in touch and she shared her instagram with me. She also will be moving to my island in October where she is building a new home in Mountain View about a 20 minute drive from my home. I love her energy and attitude, it was so refreshing to meet Soonja and all her accomplishments. She just inspires you with her fulfilling life.

Staff responds quickly to emails and calls. This is most appreciated and helps them come across as organized and customer focused. I appreciate the upbeat and friendly tone in all communication. I'm just wishing there were more matches in my geographic area!
