BBB rating F!!! See for yourself. Accessed 6/10/23 It's just lunch, Miramar Fla. I signed up for 1 date/mos for 1 year in 2020. It is now 5/23 and I have been on 9 dates. I asked for someone who has been married, within 1 hour commute, went to college, taller than 5"8" and has kids. Past 3 dates have been shorter than me, no college, never married, live over 2 hours away, and no kids. Why did they even ask for preferences? I have had maybe 10 different dating "consultants". Seems like a revolving door of staff. 6/10/23 They have reached out and refuse to give me a refund. Colossol waste of time and money!!

The latest person I am dealing with, Tricia, has been fantastic. She is energetic and very supportive and seems to really listen to what I have to say.

My experience so far has been great. I love that it is very unique to my needs and my personal match maker is excellent and I feel like he really listens to what I am looking for.

The only reason I’m not giving 1 stars is because I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the initial woman, Chris. 2 months ago, I signed up, met with my matchmaker for a 30 minute call. After that? I heard nothing for 3.5 weeks from my matchmaker. Not a single “hey just checking in”, no matches, nothing. I decided to email asking how things are going and I receive no response, but coincidentally he sends me my first match for review with an hour or two later. I reviewed and decided to accept. The next day, I get an email from him saying she’s no longer available. Interesting. 1 month passes and I’ve heard nothing. No matches, no check ins, no “hey man, you got any new pictures?”. Nothing. So at this point I decide to email him and CC Chris, the original person who signed me up. I explained I’m not happy with the lack of communication and I’d like a new matchmaker. He just happened to be out of office. Chris gets back to me the next day and says she’s forward it to another team. Friday I get a call from a new woman named Mary and telling me she’s me new matchmaker. Okay, cool. Great. Let’s get to work. Ehh not so much. Mary was abrasive, cold and not the most kind person I’ve spoke to. She was ADAMANT I needed all new pictures. Which was news to me as I reviewed them with Chris and the previous matchmaker (Eugene). Mary believed it was a major problem because you see a little reflection in my glasses from the phone taking pictures. Still, I just tried to be receptive and say, maybe she’s right. Spoke to a photographer, told her the situation and sent her my photos they had. She was confused and as a photographer and woman, she had zero issues with the pictures I provided. I still decided to try and get a new picture or two this weekend. Then it occurred to me - Mary never emailed me and Mary never gave me her email address. Monday passes and I’ve still got nothing and I emailed Chris asking if she could please send me Mary’s email address. It’s at this point I’ve decided I’m done. This service was supposed to help and take stress off me from dating apps. It’s done the opposite. I’ll be calling tomorrow to try and speak to a manager and salvage any of the money I can because their contract was written to basically say “F you, we’re keeping your money”. For the money, I really can’t advise you take the risk after this experience, but you’re going to see some positive reviews and make the decision for yourself.

Tricia is fantastic! She really listens to me and has great communication. It's so easy to just let IJL do the work and I just have to show up!

I have been using dating apps since 2014 with no success, as I wanted a relationship, and was not able to find it online. I contacted IJL and they set me up on two dates, the second one was a home run. I'm very excited for present and future, and am so thankful for IJL as I would not have met my current interest otherwise. I highly recommend investing in IJL to find quality people who are serious about dating and relationships.

First date was good. Slow, unresponsive and inconsistent service thereafter.
