My date certainly made for a fantastic evening! The date was on time, was a great conversationalist, showed interest in getting to know me, was charming and kind. He made me feel very special. He walked me to my car after a lovely dinner and asked me for my phone number. My date was a perfect gentleman!!

I am generally pleased with my "matchmaker" and feel that I'm meeting a higher quality of individual than I was through mainstream online dating. I have been on three dates so far though none has been a fit for me. Two of the three were really nice guys and one was a total mismatch.

I’m new to IJL and am so far really impressed with the service. It seems like a great fit for those who are busy working professionals and those who are serious about making intentional and genuine connections. I feel confident and at peace that I’ve been able to outsource the effort in finding matches through IJL.

Dating has really changed over the years for me. Making the switch and going with IJL has been a gamechanger for me. I get to focus on being my authentic self, and they do the work of researching and finding matches that make sense for me. It helps me to relax, enjoy the opportunities presented and working with Tricia has been amazing. She helps me feel seen and heard. I can trust the men she selects are in my best interests.

Not only have I had many of my reviews removed because ‘it’s just lunch’ has a way through trust pilot to request information and delegitimize negative reviews Resulting in having them removed, even if they’re speaking the truth like mine do. It’s just lunch, owes me a refund, and there’s no other way to look at it. I have received nothing in the way of feedback, and my experience has been far less than expected. Today was supposed to be my first encounter, and they couldn’t find a way to help me here either. I live in a remote area and it’s a lot to ask out of somebody to come to this island for a date, even if they are here on vacation as in this case, the restaurant was too far away from where they were staying, And the girl cannot call me to try to make another arrangement because it’s against the rules to share numbers and I totally understand her reluctance, so there for she canceled, the bad part was, it was two hours before I was supposed to meet this person and sit down for lunch. I feel a bit of embarrassment, because I told more than one of my friends and family that this would be taking place,!?!?, My experiences with IJL have been far below what should be expected from any business, especially one that plays with the heart strings. I really feel that if the perspective date and I were able to communicate, this would’ve gone a lot differently, but for some reason, IJL likes to be so secretive with numbers and such, it leads to an unworkable situation as you can see by my results. I have asked my matchmaker to go to management and request a refund for me, but I have done that since the beginning of them removing zoom dating, which was the only reason I signed up as I stated, I live in a very remote area from there hubs. I don’t see how the management at its just lunch does not see that this situation deserves a 100% refund and an apology for the time that I have spent trying to deal with them. I cannot understand how this company doesn’t have the compassion and understanding to look at this situation from a members standpoint, and their communication with me has been minimal. I would not recommend its just lunch to friends, or family, or for that matter, even somebody I didn’t like. Nobody should have to be made to feel like this. It’s just lunch should be ashamed of their ways. Please refund me my entire enrollment fee. Thanks-Kevin Edited May 28, 23 Their reply is open ended and does not tell me anything. This company cannot Be trusted, I would not recommend them to friends, nor family. All this is based on the customer service or lack there of that I have received during this encounter with this company. When you’re talking a four digit figure for membership, there should be no questions asked if somebody isn’t satisfied. They should admit their mistakes and refund when necessary. 6-23-23 Still nothing but roadblocks and confusion with this membership, as I stated before, without zoom dating, it doesn’t leave many options for a guy who lives on an island in the middle of the ocean, and they never should’ve sold me the product. Still waiting for a refund or to hear that they will even consider one or basically anything other than asking me to fly to another location to make their system work. They never should’ve sold me the product and they definitely need to offer a refund. They really don’t show compassion nor understanding after you have paid in full and they have nothing left to leverage for. It’s despicable and don’t fall into the same trap, In fact, I hope you consider the horrible experience I’ve had, and just decide to do business elsewhere. I would not recommend them to my friends, nor Family.

Date was not very attractive. No lipstick or makeup. Hair sort of not taken care of. She was highly educated but too left leaning. Not very family oriented.

Save your money. The person in sales painted a very nice picture was very responsive spent a lot of time with me but once they had my money it became a different story. I was explaining there'll be 24 matches. Later I found out it's match opportunities, so if I don't accept the match that they give me I just lost that match. The first guy was really not what I was looking for just in photo and description. The second guy was better the date was set up and he no-showed. No response from anybody at the company two days later I finally found out he had a flight change. That matchmaker was not very good at communicating in fact I didn't hear from her for 2 weeks after I was stood up. I got a new matchmaker who was better, the first date they gave me was okay but I went on it because I knew I would lose that match if I didn't and I had to trust the process. However that date also failed to show, said he was stuck in traffic. I asked for a refund and was told someone to get back in 48 hours, however it's been exactly one week and I finally spoke with someone who said a refund's not possible because they can still give me opportunities. They are escalating me to someone who might be able to help me but said they don't do refunds. Did I mention the service cost $5,000? So I'm currently disputing it with my credit card company. More pathetic than online dating ever was
