Great quality experiences and customer service
All of the experiences offered through italiapass were great and of very good quality. But what I think really sets them apart is their excellent customer service. Every question and concern I had before and during any event were resolved timely and they were always accommodating. Thank you italiapass for a wonderful experience!

Needed to cancel a refundable ticket. No online option for this so e mailed them on a Sunday. They came straight back in an hour. Great detective Grazzi Micaela

Cost not worth it
Given the cost of the tickets we purchased to ensure we made it back quickly on the express train, the delays we experienced were not worth the price at all. It took us longer to get from Rome back to Civitavecchia than it would have to take the normal rail at a fraction of the price.

Dear Kevin; thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the delay in your journey, however ItaliaPass has no control over the operation of the train line. Unfortunately, delays do happen from time to time - often due to circumstances beyond even the train line's control. It is important to note that you may be entitled to compensation if your train is delayed by 30 minutes or more. Usually, it takes several months for the train line to process refunds, however since you purchased through Italiarail/ItaliaPass we can significantly expedite the refund process for you.
