iStorageReviews of istorage.com

IStorage is a very nice clean and safe place. Convenient location. The staff is so extremely nice and helpful. We've used them twice now.

This storage place has great deals and very secure and safe with a great customer service and support all there customers.

Mary & Renar Went out of their way to get me the best offer possible !!! GREAT JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moving from out of state can be very stressful, they made me feel very comfortable.....

Did not know what to expect, committed sight unseen from 250 miles away, and obtained two climate controlled storage units for a future move to CC. Service and facility was excellent, and I don't rate any business so highly. I cherish my stars, plus many kudo's for Mellissa who managed above and beyond the call of duty, helpful, cheerful, and very professional. Unfortunately, there is no in house restaurant at this facility but I still give it 5 stars

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a special going that made the cost extremely competitive in a good location. Clean. Would recommend. Only had the until for 3 days or may have rated higher.

We did a lot of research to find the best storage place and iStorage was the best. They were so nice and helpful and had the unit sizes we needed, which we could not find anywhere else. We definitely recommend this company.

Having never been in need of a rental facility until recently; a last minute, had to have it now situation presented itself. I searched the internet, made several calls and was lucky enough to come across Denise at the IStorage facility in Blackwood. What I thought was going to be a drawn out process took all of 15 minutes from start to finish! A short form to fill out and Denise had me in my storage unit. Not only was I in and out in no time, Denise was knowledgeable and a real sweetheart....I left feeling like I just made a new friend! The unit was plenty big enough for my needs; there were many sizes to choose from, and the place was immaculate. Thanks, Denise!

Istorage had been a great help and always friendly and do what they can to help. I have been with istorage for a very long time. I would recommend them to friends and family. Sincerely, Christene
