Great team, professional, friendly, follow-up and organized.

The place is clean and nice. The desk folks were nice but I got 3 different calls from people asking questions that shows a lack of communication. The final person to help finalize the contract was very stern. I felt like I was annoying her and as a customer, that's not a good feeling. Once contract was signed I was left to figure out what to done to on my own. No one pointed out where the chalks were or how to even exit. I was a little frustrated. Not mean people but a little disjointed in the process.

Great service picking out a bay. Both the ladies were extremely patient why I tried to find one that fits my needs. Very clean place!!! seems to be very secure

I've stored extra household items at a facility in Concord CA for more than 5 years. Last year iStorage bought the facility. They reduced office hours, replaced personal communications with generic corporate email blasts, and (most importantly) raised the rent. In my experience iStorage is a company that you would want to stay away from.

5 stars for sure

On site personnel constantly trying to improve facility with what they can offer their clients. The facility currently offers a great facility.
