Hello, Thank you for posting a review. I'm sorry to hear that you were experiencing this issue. Is there a chance that the folder where you saved your iSpring files, is synced with synced folders (of OneDrive type)? If your computer is synced with OneDrive, try disabling OneDrive on your computer while working on your presentation (you can find instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/turn-off-disable-or-uninstall-onedrive-f32a17ce-3336-40fe-9c38-6efb09f944b0?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us). In addition, you can check if your deleted files are in the Recycle bin of OneDrive (find more info here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/restore-deleted-files-or-folders-in-onedrive-949ada80-0026-4db3-a953-c99083e6a84f?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us).
