We are just a week with this platform and got few appointments and hopefully can get deals out of it. Rep is very helpful and fast regarding our dispute for undesired area. It was supposedly Jackson and not Jefferson County that I pick in error.

Ispeedtolead is an absolute game changer!! As a wholesaler and long time real estate investor I can dependably count on these leads to provide me with some of the best ppc opportunities I have EVER found online...and at a reasonable price. The sellers are real and the details provided at the time of purchase are exactly what I need to further qualify these sellers so I can immediately get into my pitch and better serve their needs. If you are new to real estate investing and are unsure about where to start I highly recommend you start here. I've tried mailers, cold callers, mass texting and a variety of other marketing angles and while they have worked the problem we encountered was that it took soooo long to see results. With ispeed you can target the exact sub-market of interest and start interacting with motivated sellers in a matter of days instead of weeks or months down the line after so much capital and effort has been deployed. If you can close sellers and have 2-3k a month for marketing I highly recommend you check out these leads.

The business model of ispeedtolead is fantastic. So much so that I was considering building a whole leg of business around them. They do all the leg work so you don't have to spend thousands to get these leads. My problem is lead quality. Most of the leads have no motivation to sell and want full retail price. I bought three leads and one was fully remodeled and wanted over retail but no realtors involved. The second was inherited and needed little work in a hot market to meet ARV. They wanted 90% of retail. The sale wouldn't have worked even as a novation. Third lead wanted over retail on a duplex that barely meets the 1% rental rule. The worst part about this company is customer service. I couldn't even get a hold of anyone to put a hefty upfront payment to start buying leads. Thank GOD I took that as a sign and was like wait let me try and buy a few leads first and see how they perform. I haven't even tried to get a refund because I read the policy and this clearly doesn't fall under their refund policy. Even though on the intro video the owner said it would. Second, even if you meet refund policy you have to have evidence. One of which is call recording. If you aren't set up for those capabilities then you really have no way of getting your money back. I highly recommend they do a better job of qualifying leads and stop trying to sell all leads as motivated. Be honest when posting the lead. Figure out level of rehab. Post that info on the sale. Just because the person puts sell asap does not mean motivation. If you can screen leads better for motivation and then price them according to their motivation. All the leads I bought were from $350-$450. These are the same level leads I receive from cold calling foreign VA's. They hear sell right now and think its a hot lead. Please level up if you're going to sell these leads at such a premium. Even when I watch the pro's like RJ do these sales battle with their leads most of the videos are of them just dialing with no answer or no motivation. Only videos that make the website and FB are the ones with actual sales. I watch a whole 2 hour video with RJ and another competitor where they didn't reach one motivated seller for 2 hours and who knows how many leads they burned through. It was thousands of dollars of leads. If I want to throw away thousands on marketing I would rather be cold calling or mailing.

im an experienced investor and have 2 full time VAs bringing me warm leads daily just so everyone can understand the metrics it take about 100 leads to get 10 that a warm to convert 1 to a deal the problem with this platform is that i put in fixed price mode it gave me 3 leads at $350 a piece and 2 out of three would not respond which is not a hot/warm lead and because i reached out via their platform and they didnt respond proving the leads were junk they said they needed a recorded conversation in order to process a refund this place is an absolute scam they are selling part of the 100 of junk they got for the money they are charging not part of the 10 that are qualified , this is coming from someone seasoned most of my leads from my VAs answer the phone. the entire reason to hire a company like this is to get some inbound traffic which is supposed to have higher motivation and a faster timeline which is %100 not the case in using their platform and believe me i came in expecting to pay for 10 leads to get one, i stopped at 3 because that was the minimum for fixed price mode cold leads that dont answer the phone for $350 no way

I bought my first lead that was on sale with a coupon code… wasn’t expecting much. Got a contract signed on it so I’m rather excited. I haven’t had to deal with their support team yet which others have brought up but the site functions very well from a look and feel standpoint. I will definitely be setting aside more budget for the site…

I bought 2 leads and both were on MLS. they refunded the first one and not the second one. I'm not buying anything else from them. I started small just to see what the company was about but I am not too certain about them. its been over two weeks since the request was put in so will not be purchasing from them again.

They uphold their refund policy and worked with us when we ran into issues. Great company!
