I have been receiving non-stop unwanted text every week for the last few months after opting out of every single communication calls. No way to contact them about it at all. I have filed complaint and looking towards filing a lawsuit against them soon

Having said that, yesterday you messaged us via the ticket system, and we were able to identify that you had promo and lead purchase notifications enabled which is why we turned them off right away. Otherwise, you could have done it yourself since we do not want to send unnecessary notifications to our clients as it can cause greater discomfort and additional spending on our company.
All in all, we have made sure to remove you from all our messaging campaigns, and notifications and would really appreciate it if we came to a mutual understanding.

Substandard and Horrible kind of service
The matter of utmost importance is that the company provides horrible, substandard communication. The Head of Sales (Yurii) represents the company, but he was being rude, unprofessional, and arrogant chup. During our conversation, I came up against harassment, interference in my speech, etc. The company would prefer to play it by eye instead of developing a blueprint. I don't recommend coming into an agreement with this company and steering clear of their service.

I am sorry I made you feel so sad after you couldn't pass an interview with me.
However, I need to say that during your first interview with HR, you were warned that the second round with me was difficult, and not many people could pass it.
Also, I apologize if my asking you if you learned anything about our company before you came for the interview with me was offensive to you and any other questions I asked.
At the end of our interview, I gave you some feedback on why I don't think you are a good fit for our company. Most managers don't do that. Sorry to hear that you didn't appreciate it.
I probably could say that I will sue you for defamation if you cannot bring clear evidence of harassment since it's a very high accusation, but I will just keep an image of an "arrogant dude" and say next: from my 10 years of experience in Sales with different companies and running over 200 interviews with people of every race, age, sex, and level of experience I can clearly say that interview with you was the worst interview I had ever had. It's not even close. Even our HR was shocked and embarrassed by your behavior and answers during the interview and she has seen a lot.
I hope you can learn something from this experience and I want you to do well (that's the reason you were even considered in the first place) because otherwise, I am pretty sure that you will keep struggling at every level of your life.
