Top tier con artist. 1. They advertised an exclusive lead ($355) using comps from an entirely different neighborhood and quadrant in DC which causes the actual comps and potential arv of the property the lead was for to be valued at about $200K less. When I wrote them to explain that this was very deceptive and requested a refund or at least some sort of credit they declined and basically said they do it for “Their protection” because if they used actual comps people would basically steal their lead. I responded and told them that this was pretty much fraudulent and deceptive work and it would be the equivalent of advertising a lead using Manhattan, NY comps for a property located in the Bronx. They didn’t respond. For the moment I shrugged it off. My final straw, 2. My team member logs on to their account and sees the same lead that we bought exclusively and that we were not refunded for being sold non-exclusively to 5 other buyers for half the price. I just deleted the account, will be disputing the transaction and copying and pasting this review everywhere I can. This is just fraud at this point.

I’ve been using iSpeedToLead since June and honestly I’ve had a really good experience with them. At first I was a little anxious about trying a new lead source because you never really know what you’re going to get, but so far everything has worked out really well. iSpeedToLead leads are like any other leads. You really don’t know what you have until you pick up the phone and talk to the seller. Of course some leads aren’t going to be a deal, but that’s just part of this business. I feel like that’s probably one of the reasons lead companies sometimes get a bad rep. People expect every lead they buy to turn into something and that’s just not realistic. You just have to duck your head, keep calling, follow up and keep plugging away. So far iSpeedToLead has actually beat out my SMS marketing and even a pretty well oiled PPC campaign I had running. That was probably the biggest surprise for me and one of the main reasons I’ve continued using them. Their support has also been great. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something they’ve been responsive, understanding and easy to deal with. I’ve never felt like I was getting the runaround. Overall I really only have good things to say about the company. If you understand that not every lead is going to magically turn into a deal and you’re actually willing to call the sellers and work the leads, there are definitely opportunities there. I’m glad I gave them a chance and I plan on continuing to use them.

I have been with them since early 2025 and the leads are trash and garbage. The customer service is only good when they have promotions available and they want you to jump on the so called opportunity to buy their lead pack. I spent more then $7k on their leads and they were all trash. I would suggest anymore looking into investing into leads to move to leadzolo or property leads for far better quality leads. I had some really good quality leads from there. But my best lead source was run it remote, they are the best. Avois ispeedtolead and try these alternatives and you will see far better results.

I have been working with them for over a year, I find they have exceptional customer service, quality leads, pricing is better than any other similar services on the market and the ability to customize and tailor leadflow is second to none. No other companies out there provide this much opportunity to filter and qualify your leads prior to purchase like iSpeedtolead. They are fantastic. As a realtor and investor, they are a goldmine and secret weapon. In addition to the leads and customer service, I have really enjoyed being a member of their Skool community and connecting with other investors and continuously adding new strategies and tools to my toolbelt. Looking forward to our ongoing work together!

The entire team is absolutely amazing and so helpful. Anna has been great with getting me started and all of the calls are great as well. Everyone seems to really care here and is willing to help and answer questions!

The quality of the leads is the worst I've ever seen

Worst fraud ever. Fake leads only. All the good reviews are fake. I've personally spent $1000 on 15 leads and ALL were garbage, they pay fake people to generate fake leads with real owners phone numbers, but those owners are Not looking to sell. Update after reply: you can find my account with my last name. Also there's no in the world I'm going to buy 40 leads just to check if this thing works when the first all the first leads I bought turned out to be garbage And my biggest complaint is for advertising for refunds. But this is false because it's not a refund it's a credit to the account which is a completely different thing and you deceive your users

I’m better at negotiating, working through seller motivation quickly and finding the solution that’s actually the right fit. I’m better at comping too, and I understand so much more about structuring, facilitating and dispoing deals. What really sets ISTL apart is how constantly they look for ways to add value and put their customers first. That’s pretty incredible for a company that could simply sell you a lead and call it a day. I came to ISTL for the leads, but I found a community and resource that has genuinely made me better at this business.
