WARNING

WARNING! Be very careful using this company, ispeedtolead! They will take your money and the card that you have on file to purchase your leads cannot be removed so it's easy to accidentally make a purchase full price before being allowed to put in any discount codes. These leads are not cheap full price so be very careful! They will not refund you, only will give you a credit and you will not be able to speak to a live person as they don't have any contact numbers. From what it looks like it's the same person who responds to your email at 3 in the morning and it appears that this person may be oversees, I could be wrong but that's what it appears to be. I wouldn't advise using this company. If you do, use a prepaid card that you don't mind being attached to your account. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use any debit or credit cards you rely on.

Hi! We are thankful for your feedback and can totally understand your disappointment. Very sorry you had such experience. I should mention that we have a refund policy and rules that we expect every client to follow and respect the same way we follow it and try our best to help the users in every case. In our Support Department actually works a real person as a Client Support Manager, her name is Anna and she can answer the emails at an early time because of the different time zones, we are very sorry if you got some inconveniences with that. However, you could tell the Support Manager to send you emails at a particular time, we are very flexible. Yes, we do ask users to add the card, that is true but we do not do any actions with the card information and you can cancel the card on your own in the Tab "PROFILE" on our website or, again, if you have stuggles with that, you can always contact the Support Email [email protected] for help and we get in touch with every client within 24 hours. We don't ask the client to add the card every purchase, they do it only once, but for more convenient usage only. Also, we do mostly give the refunds on the account balance and it is also mentioned in our refund policy. We are always opened to solve any issue or question our clients have, but, unfortunately, we cannot go against our Refund Policy and Use of Terms.
