I am writing to file a complaint against iSpeedToLead regarding funds remaining in my account and the company’s refusal to issue a refund. At this time, I have a substantial amount of money—amounting to thousands of dollars—still sitting in my iSpeedToLead account. Due to personal health circumstances, I have had to step away from my real estate business. While I prefer to keep the details of my health situation private, this change has made it impossible for me to continue using their services. I reached out to iSpeedToLead to request a refund of the unused funds in my account. I was not happy with the dollar amount of the refund in February 206 when I have five times that dollar amount in my account. Unfortunately, they have been unwilling to cooperate and have explicitly refused to offer any type of refund or reasonable resolution. I find this extremely disappointing and concerning. Customers should be aware that once funds are deposited into this platform, they may not be recoverable—even in situations where life circumstances prevent continued use of the service. This lack of flexibility and customer support has resulted in a significant financial loss for me. I am very dissatisfied with both their refund policy and the way this matter has been handled by their customer support team. I respectfully request that this complaint be reviewed and that iSpeedToLead reconsider their position in good faith.

They sale the same leads to multiple investors. I have the screenshot admitting to it. I called one of their leads that hadn't had that phone number for 3 years. When I asked them about the bad leads, they said what I paid was for the lower quality leads. Right. Got it! What a HUGE waste of my money and time.

I’ve been using iSpeedToLead for several years and they’ve been great to work with. I don’t have a large marketing budget, so I really appreciate that they focus on keeping leads affordable for smaller wholesale operations while still delivering quality. Their customer service has always been excellent. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it was handled quickly. I’ve tried other lead providers, but none compare. I highly recommend iSpeedToLead for anyone looking to close profitable deals. Their training classes also help anyone that is looking to improve their skills. Just today I was given a link for additional community support.

IspeedToLead using Olympic scoring is a 10/10, some people complain about their services but I think it’s a reflection of their need to develop their sales skills. I have been wholesaling for 5 years and starting using IspeedtoLead in 2023. IspeedtoLead has reduced our marketing time and increased our number of closes per month. We generally close 2 deals per month from ISpeed. I purchase leads via the coupon club. I generally purchase 10 to 12 leads per week. Small investment when considering our average close if valued at $12,000.

SCAMMERS!!!!! , I SPOKE WITH THE REP SOFIA WHO I DID THE ON BOARD VIDEO WITH AND ADVIDES HER THAT THE MONEY THEY ARE TAKING FROM ME IS PUTTING ME IN A FINANCIAL SITUATION, SHE DONT CARE ABOUT THAT, THEY JUST WANT TO KEEP MY MONEY , NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THE LEADS, ((((TRASH,)))) THE FIRST COUPLE OF LEADS I BOUGHT THE SELLER STATED THEY ARE NOT EVEN INTERESTED IN SELLING AT ALL, HALF OF THEM DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE TALKING/SIGNING UP WITH A LEAD GENERATION COMPANY, AND THAT THEIR INFO WAS BEING SOLD? THATS WHY I STATRED WAITING FOR THE LEADS TO GO ON SALE, THAT WAY ,IF ITS NOT A GOOD LEAD, WHICH MOST OF THEM ARE NOT GOOD, I WOULD NOT FELL LIKE I GOT JEPPT

What stands out most is the communication — they follow up, check in, and are willing to fine-tune settings based on your buying criteria. In this business, having a platform that actually supports you makes a difference. So far, the experience has been smooth and professional, and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them.
