I’m genuinely impressed with the ISTL Marketplace and the opportunities it can open up. It really feels like a place where anything is possible when you’re willing to put in the work.

iSpeedToLead has been the best value I’ve found for real estate lead spend, and more importantly, it has produced the best results. The leads are timely, affordable, and give agents a real opportunity to connect with motivated sellers.

I was working for them
I was working for them, and most of the people I worked with were Ukrainian. Honestly, at first I felt sorry for them and for what their country was going through, but after my experience there, my opinion changed completely.
The workplace was extremely toxic. People seemed to constantly criticize each other and look for other people's mistakes. It wasn't even limited to managers. Anyone could post negative feedback about you publicly in a shared channel instead of addressing the issue privately.
What frustrated me even more was seeing people tolerate the way Yuri treated them. He was allowed to speak to and treat employees very disrespectfully, and I honestly couldn't understand why people accepted that kind of behavior.
There were also frequent customer complaints about the team's English communication, which affected the quality of the work. I personally received a bonus of more than $500 that I was supposed to get, but I never received it, while I saw the company give bonuses to other employees. This made me feel that there was unfair treatment and favoritism.
They also launched a roofing platform that turned out to be a major failure and eventually had to be shut down. From my experience, the leads provided through the platform were extremely poor in quality, which made it very difficult for the sales team to succeed.
Overall, my experience with the company was extremely negative. I felt that the management was unprofessional, the environment was toxic, compensation was not handled fairly, and the quality of the leads and projects was often poor.

We have no record of anyone named Noha having worked for our company. However, based on the specific circumstances described in this review, we believe we understand which former team and employment situation you are referring to, so we would like to address the claims directly.
Most of the day-to-day management of that VA team was handled by Roosevelt, who is American. More broadly, our team is international, and our top performers come from different countries and backgrounds. One of the strongest performers from the same Egypt-based VA team continues to work with us today. Performance — not nationality — determines who succeeds here.
Regarding feedback, we do have a direct, fast-paced, high-accountability culture, and we are transparent about that during hiring. Feedback may be shared with a team when there is something everyone can learn from. More serious or individual performance concerns are addressed privately. In this particular case, concerns regarding call quality were also communicated privately and explained in detail.
Regarding the claimed $500+ bonus, we have not found any approved or official communication showing that such a bonus was promised. Compensation and bonuses approved during hiring are documented, and all agreed monthly payments were paid on time.
We also don't hide the fact that our environment is demanding. People who prefer a slower or more hands-on management style may not enjoy working here. At the same time, strong performers have built successful, long-term careers with us, and performance issues are addressed quickly.
Finally, the role described in this review had very limited interaction with our broader customer base, so it would be difficult to accurately assess the overall success of our clients from that position. We are not perfect, but our Account Management and Support teams consistently receive very strong feedback from customers, and we continue working to improve the areas where we fall short.

I've been using ISpeedToLead for a few years now, and I've been very happy with the quality of their leads. Like any lead source, not every lead will turn into a deal. Sellers range from highly motivated to just exploring their options, and that's simply the nature of the real estate business regardless of where the leads come from.
One feature I really appreciate is their 21-day refund policy for leads that don't qualify. It provides extra confidence when purchasing leads and shows they stand behind the quality of their service.
If you're willing to consistently follow up and work your leads, ISpeedToLead is an excellent resource for finding motivated sellers.
