Excellent customer service

My experience using isolved's Payroll and Onboarding products spans over the past 10 years. They are truly an amazing company to work with. Their payroll product alone has saved us so much time and money with processing payroll each week. Their Onboarding product has streamlined our new hire process eliminating manual data entry errors. Customer service is the absolute best. They are very knowledgeable, professional and thorough.

isolved is an easy to use platform that can be customized to meet the organizations needs. The service was great and the implementation was seamless. The employee experience is simple to use.

iSolved is a user friendly platform. I enjoy the range of reports they have. They are constantly improving their software and take clients/partners voices into consideration when making updates. iSolved does have some downsides such as not responding to support tickets in a timely manner.

On Cobra through isolved and our insurance gets canceled every month. It then requires hours to get through to customer service who then resolves in a few days. Beyond frustrating for us, our doctors and god forbid you need a prescription refill at the beginning of the month prepare to pay out of pocket.

I was laid off when my company lost a contract, and am trying to use up the money in my FSA account before the end of the year. My FSA debit card does not appear to be working. Please stop making me log in to my account. It will not let me in, no matter what email I use, no matter what password I use, and whether or not I reset the password. Did I die and go to hell? Is using iSolved my punishment for the bad things I did when I was still alive? Where is your office physically located? I can come there in person, if I have to. Please help. I just want to use the money that I had taken out of my paychecks and that you still have.

Absolute dumpster fire garbage. Cannot log in to check paystubs, verification codes sent to my cell sometimes hours after I requested it, and have to try to log in sometimes dozens of times which then locks the account. All.employers should put this in the trash heap
