I ordered some sandals from their site and because of a mix-up on their site, I received the wrong ones. I called to let them know, and they immediately sent a return authorization label and they sent out the correct sandals before I was even supposed to receive the first pair.

I was pushing a birthday deadline and my package came 3 days earlier than predicted! Thank you Island Surf!!

I orders what I thought were adult sandals and they were not. They were kids but in my order form in my email it didn't say anything about them being kids sandals, so I have to send them back.

I always order my sandals from Island Surf each year. I called about shipping to different addresses and they were more than helpful. I will be back next year for more Rainbows.

I have bought these Sandals for years and both my son and husband have always worn them. You get about 2 years out of them if worn a lot. Just a great sandal especially with the beer opener under sandal always a plus.
