Easy ordering, but see friendly website, like that it is supported by Amazon. Quick delivery. Only problem was description states tropical, red but picture showed brownish tan sandal which is what I wanted. I worried that I was going to get a red sandal but I didn't.

Ginny in the FL Customer Service facility id simply INCREDIBLE. She is fully capable, efficient and truly wants to help make things right. She very quickly resolved the issue I had with placing an online order; simply put, she took over and made it alright for me, all the time reassuring me that it was her pleasure to help and that she would take care of it all -- which she did!!!! Thanks so much Ginny.
