Aloha! Thank you for your time to review our service. We are sorry to hear you have been less than satisfied with your shopping experience. We have looked into this matter for you and see that we received a message at 11:27pm on 27 November regarding a request to change the discount code applied to the order. Unfortunately, our company does not permit the use of multiple discount offers in a single transaction and once an order is placed, we are unable to match sale prices or discounts for orders placed prior to any current or upcoming promotional offers. Therefore, your order reflects a single promotional code discount. Our site support staff work very hard to ensure information regarding discount use is clearly evident on the cart page and we appreciate all feedback regarding the checkout experience as we are dedicated to providing a clean, honest interface for our customers. Thank you again for your time to submit a review. Please let us know if you have any further suggestions or concerns and we hope you have a great day ahead. Customer Care IslandSurf.com
