10/10 in every way
Alhamdulillah, I would give 10 stars if I possibly could. I ordered the large key holder in gold and black. Firstly the product is amazing. Looks exactly as described. I ordered the largest version they have it arrived with a slight amount of damage to it and they sent me a replacement out as long as I covered some of the shipping which was more than fair enough. I will definitely be shopping again and you have made a customer for life.

Damage Product
I love both pieces I ordered but one came damaged. The clock frame is bent and the color is off from one of Allah’s name. I am not satisfied with the customer service. I have been going back and forth even after them accepting the fact that the piece is damaged. I am still waiting to get a response as to what is the process of replacement. I ordered this for someone as a gift and I am short on time but still haven’t received any further instructions on damage product.
