Fast delivery but overall product quality low.
Fast delivery but product quality didn’t match the price. Came in two pieces and small fasteners were included but no instructions on how to attach and where? Also the two pieces don’t match leaving a small gap in between. Wanted to support and loved the way it looked online but was overall disappointed with the product’s look and quality in person. Feel duped 😕

Damage Product
I love both pieces I ordered but one came damaged. The clock frame is bent and the color is off from one of Allah’s name. I am not satisfied with the customer service. I have been going back and forth even after them accepting the fact that the piece is damaged. I am still waiting to get a response as to what is the process of replacement. I ordered this for someone as a gift and I am short on time but still haven’t received any further instructions on damage product.

The screws to attach the calligraphy…
The screws to attach the calligraphy were not included. There were no marks or pre drilled holes to to indicate where to attach it either. I had to purchase screws, measure out where to affix it and borrow a drill because the wood is very solid. For the inconvenience they gave me a 10$ refund after about a week of back and forth. Other than that it is a nice piece. Would I purchase again? Probably not it was such a hassle. Plus it was intended as a gift so thankfully I opened it first otherwise how embarrassing!
