It enhanced the background but was not centered correctly, with no way to alter that

Thanks for your feedback — sorry about the centering issue. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll take a look and get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Paid $1 and nothing was fixed. I do not see any difference except adding the body. It still did not work for onsite for travel visa. I did 2 stars instead of 1 just for the fact it did something. Tried reviewing to get premium, it did not give me premium. NO settings or options for contact, support or guidance.

Sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how frustrating that can be. Please note that many users face this same issue with the China Online Visa website, and it’s not related to our service. We’ve written a short guide that explains the fix: 👉 https://ishotaphoto.com/en/blog/the-simple-trick As for your review about Premium access — could you please tell us where you left your earlier review? This is the first one we see from your account. Also, just to clarify, our contact and support information is available on every page (at the bottom), and there’s a full About & FAQ page here: 👉 https://ishotaphoto.com/about We’d be happy to check your order manually and make sure you get what you paid for — please reach out via the contact form or reply here so we can help. — The ishotaphoto.com Support Team
