Awesome toy! Thanks

Machine is good but limited instructions for use, different modes.

I can't find my order.

You could make it clear that when you order something. It is getting on the slow boat from China. f****** ridiculous.

I've never received the product that I ordered.

My mechine is fun wish i could connect with others it did pair but only for a few seconds my internet is starlink wich is fast but oh well wish i had this long time ago i have some attachments coming been 8 days since order shipped hope it comes today.

We got sent a wrong item.. something we didn’t order.. I contacted them and they promptly replied and were happy to make it better for us. We really appreciate them for everything

I have sent multiple messages and emails requesting to cancel to my order. A representative named Cally emails be back as if she is a robot. Tells me that the order will be shipped soon. Then emails me that order has been shipped. Basically didn't pay attention to what I am exiting in the email. 0 star customer service.
