I really wanted to like this, but it is so underpowered as to be unusable. Half a stroke and it literally shuts off. It isn't even stable enough to hold a toy and you do the work. Sorry folks. Don't waste your money

I never got a response from customer service about tracking or where my order was. Then it just arrived one day. The contact us form is not possible to use as it gives errors.

Shipped significantly later than advertised. No way to track the package or get in touch with customer service. I sent an email inquiring on the status to your general mailbox and received no reply. I was about to flag the charge as fraud but it finally arrived. Product is very loud and the motor is weak. Will not be buying another product from here again.

Ordering was very easy and once the product arrived I was very happy with the quality of the device. My only issue was shipping as it took a rather long time and I had to email regarding the shipment status and was never sent the tracking info despite assurances they would send it to me. Ended up arriving weeks later and was listed as an Amazon delivery.
