I really wanted to like this, but it is so underpowered as to be unusable. Half a stroke and it literally shuts off. It isn't even stable enough to hold a toy and you do the work. Sorry folks. Don't waste your money

I never got a response from customer service about tracking or where my order was. Then it just arrived one day. The contact us form is not possible to use as it gives errors.

Shipped significantly later than advertised. No way to track the package or get in touch with customer service. I sent an email inquiring on the status to your general mailbox and received no reply. I was about to flag the charge as fraud but it finally arrived. Product is very loud and the motor is weak. Will not be buying another product from here again.

You sent me the wrong item. Sent me something for $29.99 and changed me $34.99, the price of the correct item. All my attempts to contact you and solve the issue has been absolutely in wane.

Website very suspicious and not professional I dont even know if I got the product I asked for but that said it was delivered even though I asked for refunds multiple times with no response from support they just take your money and run beware of this site scam

what good is it to write a comment when you do nothing about it. they are still in business and look at all the people who still do not have working product that they still do not stand by or fix. put them out of business or make them fix their problem products.

I am still waiting to recieve my order !!!
