Very lazy , never want to answer phone calls . Like bro that’s literally your job . Had to call 3 times to try and talk to someone

We are in dire need of form ss-4 to remain an online seller, due to other government over-reach and regulation, and meanwhile, this governmentally afiliated assemblage of ineptude won't even answer the phone whatsoever to help businesses with ein issues. Our business is literally about to go non compliant because the irs won't help us remain governmentally compliant. 'merica

I am very frustrated with the Internal Revenue. No matter what the reason is, you can never get them on the phone. Why do I have to go through all these prompts and then when you go the prompts especially on the phone it says that they are extremely busy and try your call back. Well it’s not tax season anymore and you still can’t get them on the phone. If they are under staffed I am sure there are hundreds of people that could use a job. It’s very stressful and I need to speak to a live person. They try to confuse people with the automated system that after you push your prompts it clicks you off saying call back to tomorrow.

Was on hold for a total of 3 hours and as soon as I asked my question they hung up on me.. what a waste of fing time..

Those spinless people at IRS took billionaire uber/lyft words against me because they cannot go after their lawyers and penaltied me unfairly. You cannot reach them with email, phone always busy and hangs up. They can all go to hell with their services(!) and themselves

-100 stars. IRS has made a mistake on our return. We are expecting a 500 dollar check. They are saying we owe 1000 dollars. We called to make them aware that we get 10,000 of unemployment deducted. No answer. Finally get someone after 45 min. She puts us on hold so she can look up the info. She comes back on, then says needs to put us back on hold to research more. After so many minutes, we are hung up on. We called again, and are hung up again. Useless people. Get your act together!!

I have been on the phone for two hours on hold right now I did my taxes in January now I'm being told now I have to wait 30 days again and they don't put anything on id.me either like come on every month you keep telling me 30 days we are in august, and you should not even get a star customer service has some attitudes we are the ones that should have the attitudes this is our money you're not given it to anyone free we all paid into it so we deserve some respect
