This is the most convoluted, irritating screwed up system I've ever seen? it's like a circle jerk. Nothing works and I mean nothing works! You go in circles and I think it's designed this way by incompetent fools! Then you try to get them on the phone and it's another Merry go around with no end!

Should be a 0 star. Can't get answer on their website and to call takes over an hour to maybe talk to someone. What a joke!
