Great product and experience

So far things are great. Received the tracker within days. Set up was easy, as the directions and book included explained it all. I had some questions and called for assistance. I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional help I received. Not only did my questions get answered but I felt very comfortable not just like another number..I would highly recommend this company and any product they have.

Liked the purchase, however, did not like being able to exchange sizes.

The app is not compatible with my Google 7 Pro phone. Will there be an update released soon that will include this newer phone. There is no option to 'always allow' for permissions. So I can't get pass this screen. My husband was able to add this app to his android phone but the instructions for set up weren't user friendly. Also, the collar is too large. We had to find a way to fold the collar to make it fit. We tried to attach the gps to his normal collar but the clasp buckle didn't fit.

I had many questions about their GPS dog tracking collar. I called, left a message. They called me and answered all of my questions. They stayed on the phone with me while I set up my tracker, they were wonderful! The customer service is excellent. They are helpful, polite and very knowledgable about their product. I highly recomend IronClad Family.
