The watch I ordered was impossible to set up for use. The directions were unreadable and very difficult to understand. Watch is useless for why it was ordered.

I actually ended up needing to return the product as I was told by Verizon that it would not be compatible. I appreciated the focus that I felt from the initial purchase through the return process. I felt like I could reach out to the company and they would help me which they did. They offered to try and help problem solve the issues and I feel like they are invested in their mission of helping to keep families safe.

I submitted a ticket and haven’t heard back. The watch is not operating as expected. I would prefer to have support in getting it working properly as opposed to returning it. I need someone from support to contact me.

My son contacted you to tell you that we were having problems adjusting the sensitivity because the alarm for the “fall” feature would activate by just twisting my wrist. We have had no reply from you as to how to correct the problem.
