Liked the purchase, however, did not like being able to exchange sizes.

Thank you for your feedback. We've reached out to you multiple times but haven't received a response. The document organizer that you purchased comes in one size, so we are unsure what "being able to exchange sizes" means. We're happy to remedy anything if you contact us.

The app is not compatible with my Google 7 Pro phone. Will there be an update released soon that will include this newer phone. There is no option to 'always allow' for permissions. So I can't get pass this screen. My husband was able to add this app to his android phone but the instructions for set up weren't user friendly. Also, the collar is too large. We had to find a way to fold the collar to make it fit. We tried to attach the gps to his normal collar but the clasp buckle didn't fit.

Thank you for your review. Just wanted to follow-up and share that we've instantly pushed an update for the mobile app, and as you've confirmed, you were able to install the mobile app of your Google 7 Pro phone. As for the collar, it really is an added bonus as no one collar fits all dogs. Our adjustable collar fits most dog sizes. But went ahead and shipped a small dog collar to you. We wanted to make sure you were happy with our service.
