First time buyer from this vendor. They were very helpful in finding the item I had in mind. Delivered the item as stated when promised. I was able to communicate with the seller through emails that were promptly replied to. Overall an excellent buying experience. I would highly recommend IrishShop.com..

I ordered 2 rings, and under NOTES I commented that both rings size 8. If you have an area for comments/or notes, why doesn't someone take the time to read them. Now I have a Christmas present that is the wrong size, and have to put out money to send it back, because someone's failure read a simple NOTE.

Hi Vincent, We provide a drop down menu to select the ring size required when placing your order. You selected size 4 when ordering the Sterling Silver Birthstone Claddagh ring. As the other ring is a stretch ring there are no sizes, this ring expands to fit your finger. We would always work from the information selected by the customer. A confirmation of your order was e-mailed to you within minutes of placing your order and no clarification explaining that the wrong ring size was on the order confirmation was indicated to us. I have spoken with the person who packed your order, while they did see your note, they believed you were asking to apply a size to the ring which does not a have drop down menu and did not notice the discrepancy between the size ordered on the sterling silver ring and the size noted on your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the accuracy of your order before completing your purchase. We do provide both e-mail and telephone contacts on our website so that you could also have informed customer service of this before this order shipped. As we only received an e-mail regarding the error with the ring size after your order was shipped. We responded immediately and offered solutions to resolve this, including one to resolve this matter in time for Christmas. We look forward to getting this issue resolved for you as soon as possible. Regards, David General Manager IrishShop

I ordered two Cozy 'n Celtic mugs from a shop in Ireland. I received two mugs from Abbey Press somewhere in the midwest USA. I wanted the couple who will receive this gift to know it was purchased and came from Ireland and was special. Instead the labels (and there are three on each cup) state loud and clear Abbey Press. I also paid more for the privilege of ordering from Dublin, as Abbey Press was selling the item for much less than Irish Shop. Next time, I'll just go for the cheaper price and cut out the foreign middle man.

I ordered earrings from this site. They are beautiful. They were packaged so elegantly that when I proudly give them as a gift all I must do is sign my name on a gift card. The people are lovely to work with, and the order arrived in a timely manner. I most likely will order any Irish gift I need in the future from this store. It is so nice not to be disappointed !!

I received the items that I had ordered much quicker than I had expected and they were packaged in a way that was very convenient for me to store the items until I am ready to wrap them for Christmas giving. I was very pleased with the price of the items and I hope my nieces will be pleased when they receive them. This will be so much nicer than giving them each a gift card.
