I recently ordered a Celtic cross for a Wedding gift for my son and future daughter in law. I failed to include their last name on the order, as it was a personalized gift. I was contacted very quickly by a very kind and caring individual. I was able to make the order correct, thanks to his quick observation and response. The cross is beautiful and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone! Thanks so much! Virginia Mamere

Joan, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your purchase. We have e-mailed you to let you know how we can assist with returning this item for a full refund at no cost to you. We source all our products from Irish, U.S. and very occasionally Canadian distributors, it is a reality that some of these products have had their production moved overseas in recent years, but our preference will always be for an Irish or U.S. made item where possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. You can contact us directly in reply to our e-mail and we will be happy to assist you further with this. Your feedback is appreciated and will be considered carefully, thank you. David IrishShop www.irishshop.com

I bought earrings in Dublin but totally regretted not buying the matching pendant upon my return in Canada. I contacted Irish shop and placing the order was a pleasant and simple process. I received my pretty pendant and I am really happy with it.
