So today, August 21, 2025, I get another email that rest assured that my product is in shipment but the tracking number the company provided still states "Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item LA MIRADA, CA 90638 August 11, 2025, 10:09 am" And still the product has not been shipped as of 8/21/ @ 7:42 pm. Do not buy from this company! I still have no idea when the product will arrive. I called customer support and she stated she would look into the matter. Ordered on August 8 and its now August 20th and no shipping information or when product will arrive.

Came in a short time. Easy and comfortable to use.

It is simple to use and my hair already stopped shedding after the first use.

Not only does the device truly stop my hair from falling out but the process to replace the unit when it stopped working while under warranty was friendly and helpful . Thank you!!

The product itself is good, but the customer service is terrible. As indicated on the product sticker, you can request smaller cushion pads for the helmet. I reached out to customer service about this issue, but never heard back, which was a waste of time.

Randolph, our customer service representative for our malfunctioning iRESTORE Helmet elite, was so helpful through the entire process of having our helmet returned for inspection. He spent the time to not only explain the process, but was very responsive to the email thread from beginning to end! Outstanding customer service!!

I ordered the face mask 2 weeks ago and paid for it. I have not received anything. There has been no info on when to expect the shipment. Also paying USA dollars for the product, taxes and shipping hurts. It's all 30 per cent more. Since then I have had communication, received the product and had a rebate for the border taxes. The product performs well. I hoping for rejuvenated facial skin!
